This is my self portrait

This is my drawing of it. I chose to take the hand out and just focus on the face.
Reflection questions:
1. I selected these inspiration pieces because they each are unique with different angles.
2. I selected the media to do my self portrait because to me it is easiest to get fine details with a pencil for it to look the most like me.
3. I was facing challenges while drawing the lips. I couldn't get them how mine looked but I did try my best.
4. This piece represents me because there are no filters or edits and this was strictly just a photo with the flash on of me. Without my glasses and all. I usually don't wear makeup but in this photo I did and it made me happier and comfortable in myself.
5. I applied value in this art because in some parts I had to shade darker to emphasize pupils and my eyeliner.
6. I enjoyed working on this project because it allowed me to really focus on tiny details.
7. I wish I could draw better so that my piece could've came out how I imagined it but I did what I could without getting too stressed out!
